Dr Direct 4 U ships all orders UPS. Every product we ship is packed according to shipping standards and insured for the value of the product. Since we ship according to standards all shipping claims will be brought directly to UPS. Please contact us with any questions regarding this. See Shipping Damages for more information.
We strive to ship our products within 1-2 business days. If an order is placed early in a business day it usually ships out same day. If a partial order is shipped separately or backordered you will be emailed with additional tracking numbers or notified of the backorder date and when the item is expected to ship.
Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.
As soon as your product has been shipped you will be sent an email containing the tracking number. You can also track your shipping in order tracking on our website. This will allow you to track your product quickly and easily over the internet or by phone.
All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping.
If product is received damaged, it must be reported to the shipping company – usually UPS – within 24 hours. All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials.
Please notify us of the damage after you have reported the claim to the shipping company. Upon receiving credit from the carrier, the product will be re-shipped.
International shipping costs are calculated in U.S. currency based on estimated shipment weight and destination. Shipping costs for orders placed on the website are fairly accurate, but there are times when those estimates are incorrect. Dr. Direct 4U is not responsible for customs or duty charges. If we need to adjust shipping charges for your order we will contact you to authorize those additional shipping charges.

We ask that you please be aware of local custom and importation laws: any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation.
Importer of Record:
When you order from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Before you place your order, please be sure of your local customs laws concerning the shipment of dietary supplements. We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs, quarantine fees, or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office.
Customs Returns:
If an item is returned to us due to a customs related issue, you may be billed a 20% restocking fee. In addition, your credit card will be charged for any extra shipping costs incurred by us to retrieve your package.
Customs Returns /Credits:
If your package is returned to us because of customs issues you will be credited as above, for the merchandise if the package is returned to us in saleable condition.

FRANCE:
Residents of France are encouraged to purchase insurance, as it's been our experience that this postal service has the highest loss rate of any country we regularly deal with. Even purchasing insurance doesn't always offer protection as the French postal service often refuses to acknowledge a package has gone missing, even when it's gone missing for eight or more months. Since French officials won't acknowledge a package is missing, an insurance claim can't be processed. Thus, we can't guarantee packages to France will actually arrive if sent via the postal service. UPS will guarantee the package's arrival, so you may want to select UPS or FedEx as your shipper of choice. No refunds on lost shipments.
INDIA:
The USPS does not accept packages addressed to post office boxes in Draw, Kargil, and Leh in the state of Kashmir between November 1 and May 31.
SPAIN:
We only ship to Spain via USPS as dietary supplements via UPS or FedEx are denied in customs and they assess a large fee to have them returned.

We will refund the purchase price (not including shipping & handling) for any item returned that does not meet your expectations as long as the item has not been opened and/or damaged due to normal use.
