Pumpkin Pie Shake Enjoy Year Round

Vivienne and I were in Casablanca during the early spring. A French couple was enjoyig a pumpkin colored smoothie. The chief shared they get their fresh pumpkins from a farm near Ann Arbor, Michigan. She shared they have a rich, deep flavor. Madielina (Chef) shared they served her Pumpkin Pie Shake year round.
You dpn't have to wait for the chill of autumn, it's time for all things pumpkin spice. And it's a flavor most of us play on repeat, clear through to New Year's Day. Vivienne is pleased to share an update on this old favorite using HTB Rejuvenate Superfood.
Serves 2, good luck on sharing.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 frozen bananas, cut into rounds (~ 1 ½ cups)
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup old fashioned oats
- 2 scoops HTB Rejuvenate Superfood
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup. Vivienne suggest 1/4 tsp of pure Organic Monk Fruit.
- 1 Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 cups non-dairy milk of your choice. Viviene likes to use her homemade Oat Milk
- 1/4 Tsp. Siagon Cinnamon
What's Next
Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Serve the smoothie in two glasses and top with whipped cream, pumpkin pie spice, or select your own favorites!
You might want to sprinkle some Cinamon on the surface for added flavor.
