Tahini Green Beans

Tahini Green Beans

1 lb. Green beans
¼ cup tahini
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
toasted sesame seeds or hemp seeds


Wash and trim ends from green beans and cut into 2 or 3 pieces. This just makes it easier to toss. Steam until just done, about 5 minutes. Stir lemon juice into tahini. Toss with drained beans, adding salt and pepper. Top with seeds.
