Allergy season. Many of us need to step up our allergy management in the Spring. I use Metagenics Sinuplex, three tablets twice a day for allergies. It does not make me sleepy as some medications do. Irrigating the nose with a saline solution in a neti pot at night helps me sleep better and eye drops to relieve dry and itchy eyes completes my routine. As the year progresses I am able to step back a bit but right now everything is coming into bloom and I need all my defenses. If you have not yet tried Sinuplex, I think you would find it a helpful asset in allergy management. Although this works well for me, it is always important to discuss your allergy management with your health care professional before you proceed.
